For those that followed my Twitter accounts may know
that I made Jelly Heart Cheesecake last night!

It was my first time making cheesecake *excited*
My sister bought the ingredients and I was ready to help her!
First up was to smash the digestive cookies to crumbs.
Next was to melt the butter!
Mix the butter and the crumbs together into a square tupperware!
CHILL IT!
Beat the cheese with vanilla essence and sugar till smooth.

Next was to add sugar and gelatin solution to boiling water and mix well till gelatin dissolves.
Now blend in with the cream cheese mixture.
Your base should be like this after it is chilled.
Cut the strawberries!
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the Tupperware.
Chilled it.
When it's hardened then put in the strawberries!
Dissolve jelly crystals and pour the jelly crystals into the Tupperware.
And CHILL IT AGAIN.
It should look like this!
*Apparently my sister forgot to buy jelly crystals so it's not fully done yet.
Thus the above picture I took from the internet hehe.
BUT BUT IT WILL LOOK LIKE THIS OK!

A crazy month, everyone is mad stressed up.
But after all this shit, hey a 2MONTHS OF BREAK.

While typing all these, I'm actually munching on my house New Year goodies-.-
BUT ITS NOT EVEN NEW YEAR YET.
